The hotel is located at Union Station in downtown Indianapolis adjacent to the Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The distance from the airport is approximately 8 miles. A room will be reserved for you, and roommates will be assigned randomly based on position and schedule.

All meals will be provided. Menus have been prepared by a sports nutritionist to help maximize your performance. If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Dinner will be served each evening at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Breakfast and lunch times and locations will vary depending on the day’s activities.
